systems for preparing and feeding powder polymers (DB and DH
Series) and emulsion or solution polymers (EA and EM Series).
And, only FLOQUIP offers systems specifically designed for
preparing and feeding very high-viscosity MANNICH polymers (ML
Series).
Each FLOQUIP system is designed, engineered, and fabricated by
our in-house staff. Built-in to every FLOQUIP system, moreover,
is our unique expertise as a world-leading polymer manufacturer
and our over half-century of experience in applying those
polymers in virtually every market of note.
Standard and Custom Systems
You can meet the vast majority of your application needs with
one of FLOQUIP’s standard systems. These units are designed for
simple, reliable, and efficient operation; and, their
professional appearance belies durable construction that
promises low maintenance and long service life. All components
have been selected based on exhaustive field testing to prove
their suitability for trouble-free polymer preparation and feed.
These standard systems are essentially available for immediate
delivery. Their modular design allows for rapid reconfiguration
to incorporate a wide range of options from which you can select
to meet any special needs of your specific application. All
units come pre-assembled, pre-tested, and skid-mounted, ready
for easy installation and startup.
For those applications requiring systems larger or more
elaborate than our standard equipment, FLOQUIP can work with you
to custom design and build a polymer preparation and feed unit
precisely tailored to your client’s exact
requirements--including site surveys, design engineering, and
CAD drawings.
