Series Dry Polymer Preparation System

The
SNF Floquip CH100 Dry Polymer System is specifically designed for
customers that will use up to 100-pounds of dry polymer per day.
Economics, automatic control, dependability and ease of operation are
some of the benefits of this system. Years of experience with dry
polymer preparation combined with the knowledge of the leading
manufacture of water-soluble polymers is incorporated into every
design.
The
CH series unit meets the requirements of facilities with
limited space and polymer needs. The entire make-down
process in confined onto two compact modular skids, and your
choice of application pump delivers a properly hydrated
and aged polymer solution into the process. |
The system
performs the following:
• Meters the dry powder with a volumetric feeder
• Disperses the polymer with a specially designed wetting weir to
prevent
agglomerations
• Properly agitates the solution in a mix tank assembly
• Automatically transfers properly hydrated polymer into the solution
tank assembly
• Controls level limits inside both tank modules
• Provides automation utilizing a small discrete (PLC) Programmable
Logic Controller
• Protects equipment with a low water flow set point
Modular designs allow for various configurations, such as:
• Optional hopper design
• Safety stairs with rails
• Site specific application pump
